even before you see the food the aroma increases the appetite,

hot cuisine, they use a greater range of herbs and spices than
any other cuisine in the world, the most often used spices
include garlic, ginger, chillies, cloves and coriander without
these and the chef's expertise curry would simply not be
curry. Research confirms what Asians have know for
centuries; the spices in a typical curry can be good for you,
they contain powerful antioxidants that help to protect cells
and ward off conditions such as heart disease and some types
of cancer, as well as a host of other health benefits.
As with any preventative medicine
consult your doctor before taking large quantities of spices,
its safest to stick to normal amounts when cooking or taking
as a remedy.
